Reusable Metal Drinking Straws Are Eco-Friendly – Take Them Everywhere and Ditch Those Horrible Plastic Straws for Ever!
Of course I get the “reusable” part of metal drinking straws. That just makes sense. But I’ve often wondered a few things about metal drinking straws, for example
- Do they taste funny?
- They’re metal so they don’t bend, and I like bendy straws
- How can I get them really clean inside?
- Won’t they rust?
Well, my concerns were all set aside with these TRUSBER Stainless Steel Drinking Straws. Let’s look at them in a bit more detail.
Trusber Metal Drinking Straws – What’s in the Pack?
- 8 straws – 4 are straight, 4 are bendy (hooray!)
- 4 cleaning bushes
- Carry pouch made of water-repellent material
Trusber Metal Drinking Straws – All The Details
They’re quite long – 10.5″ (the bendy ones are slightly shorter).
The metal straws are made from food-grade 304 (18/8) stainless steel which doesn’t rust, and there’s no aftertaste. Because they’re metal, when you drink a cold drink through them it’ll taste even colder – nice! It’s not recommended to let kids drink hot drinks through them – but then, I never use a straw for hot drinks. If you’re used to using soft plastic straws, they’ll “bing” against your teeth at first, but it’s very easy to avoid that.
They are dishwasher safe, or you can simply clean them with the provided brushes.
They’ll fit through the slot of most tumblers..
Of course, because they’re not plastic, you don’t have to worry about BPA or other nasties.
Trusber Metal Drinking Straws – Bring Them Everywhere!
Because there are 8 straws (and 4 cleaners) in the pack, it should be enough to allow you to split them up. For example:
- Keep some at home.
- Keep some in your handbag, so you’ve always got them if you stop for a beverage, go to a party, visit family, go to a BBQ or any occasion.
- And keep some where you keep stuff ready for a picnic, or anywhere you take food.
And of course, these metal drinking straws make a great eco-friendly and thoughtful gift!
