Mike Lewis founded Growing Warriors to train American military veterans in food production and bring back a vibrant local farm economy in Kentucky.

Falling RainIf you heard about the dreadful problems in Flint a while ago with dangerous levels of lead in the water supply – and people in authority who refused to help – you might be interested in this article in The Smithsonian with some background details about the brave people who tackled the problems head-on.
